FAQ

Is payment secure?

You pay on Stripe's secure page; we never see your card number. You get a receipt and booking link immediately.

I clicked pay but didn't finish. Is my spot still held?

Your spot is held for 30 minutes. If payment isn't completed by then, it goes to the next person.

I'm not technical. Will I keep up?

Yes. We handle installation and set-up; you just say what you want in plain words.

Can I pay in ringgit or with FPX?
